Sushi making explained

Don't know much about sushi?

Just know that you like it and want to sound like a pro ordering it? Do you want to maybe start to learn how to make sushi on your own? Well, here is where you find the basics, along with some adorable graphics.

Did you know a bamboo rolling matt is called a Hangiri?

A Uramaki roll is an inside out roll, with the seaweed, or nori, wrapped on the inside. This is probably the type of sushi you've had at your local Canadian sushi restaurant because it is the most popular type of sushi in North America.
