Umami is a student created magazine that follows Canadian sushi culture.
Scott Best, Mike Trakalo, Jennifer Thiessen, Laina Hughes and Josie Loeppky developed the idea in January of 2012 for a nationally distributed magazine based off their love for sushi.
This blog is dedicated to sushi dining, making and enjoying.
